Emma was very helpful. My partner and I have different needs in a bed. He wanted a softer one and I wanted a firmer one as I have a bad back. We tested the sleep machine out as recommended by Emma and surprisingly enough we came out with a medium rating for mattress which surprised both of us. We tested some medium mattresses and I wasn’t keen so we tried a firm one. Emma gave me some tips on how my body should be on the mattress and then suggested we try out a medium equivalent, taking on her tips I was then able to see the massive different of my body sitting on top of the firm mattress and then being supported by the medium one. So interesting. Emma also looked after our 1 year old baby whilst we tried out some mattresses. Super helpful and fab service. Thank you!

I saw the mattress I wanted online, went in shop, got seen to straight away, efficient friendly staff member, good price in the sale, quick delivery time, job done happy days 😁

Emma was very profesianal in her aproch to my reqirments and very friendly to. I expland what i liked and needed , she went through the prosses with ease and put my questions and reqirments formost also other staff where friendly and even made me a coffee when doing the paperwork i will be returning to emma for other itams i reqire in near future

We were welcomed from the second we walked through the door being offered tea/coffee. We were helped and adviced on what we were after and were helped deciding. Service was quick and very pleasant.

Whilst we were not spoken to when we walked into the store, we were eventually dealt with by Gary in the store who was very helpful and had excellent customer service skills. Polite, friendly and very knowledgeable giving us faith in the company and the products. Very impressed and looking forward to the receipt of our new mattress - thank you.
