The whole shopping experience in Dreams was excellent, from first walking in to walking out. The assistant (Emma) who dealt with us was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Good friendly service and the sales assistant explained everything we need to know. Also the instore machine for selecting the correct mattress was quite impressive.

The 2 Gentleman in store were extremely friendly and helpful, I knew what wanted as had found online but wanted to see in store, the man that took my order was great, explained everything in detail but not to long, I was in and out of the store in about 15 minutes which was perfect, great friendly service.

Nice clean store well laid out very clear pricing and description of product I wanted a small double divan with mattress a bit unusual perhaps but were guided by Gary to the suitable product I enjoyed the visit even though I did not go into store to buy at this time close to Christmas No rush for delivery but 16 days delivery fine
