The customer service was excellent. One employee kept our 3 yr old busy colouring, the other was very helpful, knowledgable and found us our perfect bed

I explained I have severe back problems and was recommended a firm mattress and gave our price range and was taken straight to a bed which I tried and it was so comfortable. I can’t thank Gary enough hopefully when the mattress arrives next week I will be able to sleep in pure comfort.

The chap that dealt with my orders could not have been more helpful he was lovely he is a credit to your store - Mark at Ashford Retail Park.

I went in to get a new mattress and mine is very very old. Gary was really helpful and explained the differences between the mattresses. I didn’t feel rushed which was good as I wasn’t sure which one to go for. Would definitely recommend Dreams 😊
