The assistant was extremely helpful and listened to us, she was not too pushy and let us take time to decide exactly what we wanted. Would definitely shop again at dreams

Complete assistance gave a good review when asked was very helpful on helping choose the mattresses and was left to choose and try the beds out then was polite and helpful when placing order would have no problem in going back to Dreams again if service was as good that I experienced

Staff were so helpful, really knowledgable. Got me a coffee while I browsed. Not pushy either

Gary was our advisor. The knowledge he had was amazing. We had only come into dreams to compare the price we had been quoted by Benson's for beds. Gary took us through the process of finding us a mattress which suited us both then we told him what type of bed frame and headboard we were after. After giving us a quote which was higher then Benson's we decided to go go with dreams because there was no hard selling total professionalism and the product was excellent quality. They were able to deliver at a time that was convenient for us .. So all round great service and a massive shout out to Gary who should be commended on his customer service .

The assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable, the bed we were interested in was in stock and so we were able to try it.

We were advised by a knowledgeable, polite and humorous member of staff. Given recommendations and guidance to suit our requirements. And overall, a relax and positive environment.

The lady serving us was very knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process efficiently while being friendly and open.

EMMA was fantastic, our experience was the best I think I’ve received. This also includes the gentleman I spoke to in customer services . Didn’t get his name unfortunately but he was helpful efficient and got Dates sorted really quickly !! Very happy. My delivery is Friday .. so haven’t got feedback for that as yet 😊

We were allowed to browse for a short time before being approached by a member of staff who then offered us the analysing bed to support our choice. He was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. A great and successful shopping experience.

Our assistant Gary was very knowledgable, and showed us within our price bracket what products were available. Very pleaseant demeanour, and not pushy. A very nice guy. He was able to answer all our questions.
