Dreams - Ashford

The wife and I only went in to browse with the end goal being to return at a future date as we knew our bed/mattress/pillows all needed replacing but were focusing on other house projects first. This all changed upon being greeted by Emma who introduced us to the fancy bit of tech which assesses how you sleep and your body type before advising on the best type of bed. We were lead around to try the three styles mentioned and we fell in love with one of them. This then lead us to going all out and treating ourselves to said mattress, we also fell in love with the bed/headrest as well as the "test" pillows we were given. Days have passed and neither of us have regrets about our purchases so this shows there was no sales pressure and all we had was a helping hand/prod in the right direction. Now we can't wait for everything to arrive.

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful

Both my Wife and Myself were greeted warmly on arrival and once we had explained our needs, the staff explained all about the products showing us samples and explaining in detail all the advantages of our purchase and the benefits we would achieve from the products. The whole process was carried out fairly promptly but we were treated very well and there wasn't a big sell and we are very pleased with our purchases.

We have used Dreams before to buy a mattress and we were very satisfied. So needing something else it was the place we went to, and again the service and attention we received was very good.

Very good assistance we were given with high levels of cleanliness. The salesman gave us a lot of information and we were able to try out a lot of different mattresses.

I was greeted immediately by Gary with a warm smile. He was very efficient and thorough in finding out what my needs were. The process of buying my mattress and pillows was very quick and delivery time was only one week which I was pleased about. Gary also helped me take some of my products to the car as it was raining which I thought was very kind. One of his colleagues offered me a bottle of water which I thought was a nice touch! Would highly recommend to friends and family.

The guy that sold the products knew what we wanted and how it would help us. I purchased a halo mattress and my partner brought a Francis bed and the same mattress. We are both really happy and really looking forward to when we receive the products. The guys in the ashford store were great Gary and Emma were really helpful and would definitely recommend thank you again can’t wait for the products to a arrive to get that overall good night sleep.
