Staff made presence known but we're not over powering as in another bed shop. Very helpful, knew their stuff but waited for cues from the customer to continue- which made us feel comfortable to return to shop to make a purchase. Discount card turned down ,but able to offer student discount through a code - happy satisfied customer. Looking forward to delivery.

We originally only popped into the store for a pillow and Jon was very helpful checking out sleeping positions etc before making the recommendation of what pillow to purchase. We got chatting to him about your machine that assesses what mattress you require and he set it up for us. The result of the assessment was we purchased a mattress! Jon was busy with another customer at one point but his colleague Mark looked after us and answered our questions before making us a cup of coffee and handing us back to Jon. We really couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, friendly and customer focused service.

On recommendation from my sister I had spoken to Gary at the Ashford store when initially looking for a new bed. He was so helpful and pleasant I returned to the same store when I was ready to make my purchase. I decided to go with the whole range - the bed, side tables and ottoman. He explained product promise, deals, insurance and guarantees very clearly with no pressured tactics which was really refreshing. I found the whole experience very satisfying.
