Great members of staff in the Ashford branch. They didn’t pressure us or made us feel like we had to buy, in fact we went to several other stores and came back to dreams because we likes the mattress but also Gary was so friendly and we always get great long lasting products

John was very knowledgeable and not a pushy salesman. He showed empathy and understanding of the difficult situation we are in with my mum now having to live with us.
