Emma in Ashford was absolutely fantastic - very knowledgable and very easy to speak to. We visited another store to view further options available to us that the Ashford store didn’t have on show and found straight away that the service she provides is second to none. If we were writing this review on behalf on the other store it would be a very different result.

As soon as we came into the store the sales man was very polite and very helpful , he closed the main door for safety everything was cleaned , he put paper sheets one the mattresses we laid on and special pillows for only us to use . He was very knowledgable of the matteress’s that we asked him about , he was very pleasant and even offered us some water . Our whole experience with the young man was very pleasant and we would definitely recommend dreams to family and friend . Can’t wait to get our mattress !

It's been a long time since we bought a mattress and did not know what to expect during restrictions due to Covid etc. The technology was excellent and the choice very good. Your sales assistant, Gary, was excellent, knowledgeable and not pushy. It was surprisingly easy and I am glad I waited for stores to reopen before buying online. We could also not believe our luck that the mattress arrived less than a week after the order.
