The person who guided us, Jon, was very polite and attentive and had great knowledge of the products we were looking for. Sleep match identified what may be best for us and from there he talked us through each possible option and made it so much easier than we were expecting.

Booked a evening appointment, was welcomed in the Ashford store by Gary who explained all the social distance guideline etc on arrival. He took time to listen to what we were looking for and talked us through our options after using the automated mattress machine. Me and my girlfriend were both impressed with his product knowledge when we tried out the mattresses. After trying a few he took time to find something within our budget and found an ex display mattress we both liked. Was nice to be able to go in without getting pointed to mattress that the salesman wanted to sell (like in our recent trip to bensons) Gary was a top bloke had banter and laugh with us both and put up with my silly sence of humour. He sorted us a cracking deal that we were both happy with. Sorted out a delivery date that suits us as well. There were 2 staff in the store Gary and I think Emma. Both made our dreams experience a pleasure. Will definitely come back in the future.

Emma in Ashford was absolutely fantastic - very knowledgable and very easy to speak to. We visited another store to view further options available to us that the Ashford store didn’t have on show and found straight away that the service she provides is second to none. If we were writing this review on behalf on the other store it would be a very different result.

A visit to the Ashford store was a very good experience considering all the changes put in place to help and protect both staff and customers. The store assistant was very welcoming and explained the procedure about social distancing. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to make my purchase. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit to Dreams Ashford.
