Jon was really friendly, and very understanding of what we were looking for. He helped us to analyse our personal sleep preference, and walked us round all of the recommended mattresses and let us try them out. We never felt rushed, and he answered all of our questions with detail and knowledge. We had already seen a bed frame online, but when seeing it in person, it wasn't quite what we were looking for. Jon recommended an ottoman base, and appropriate head frame, and it was exactly what we wanted. We were so pleased with our purchase, and are very grateful to the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, even more so during the current social distancing times.
