Gary the sales representative was first class and made our visit very enjoyable. He made us welcome explained all the protocols due to covid. He wasnt pushy and listen to our needs and pointed us to the right mattress. Also during the paperwork he worked hard to give us what we wanted within the guidelines he was allowed which we were more than happy with

The customer service was good. Communication, friendliness and product knowledge was good. We were offered water, the social distancing and cleanliness and level of personal attention made us feel looked after. I originally came to dreams then tried out sone other stores then came back to Dreams as the other stores lacked the same level of personal care.
