The sales person was Gary at your Ashford store and from the moment we entered the store my wife and I were greeted very pleasantly by him. He listened to what we said and what we were looking to buy although we would be visiting Benson Beds in the same retail outlet before we made a decision. We used your bed machine to help us decide what mattresses we should be looking at which we found very interesting and valuable. Gary then took us round all the mattresses suggested from the print out and answered all questions confidently. Gary at no time pushed for a sale but spoke with such knowledge of your products, made it very easy for us to arrive at the decision we made which was to purchase on the day in your store. We purchased pillows and one other product. Gary did give us some discount off the additional items which we did appreciate as our purchase was expensive. Gary helped us feel good and confident in the decision we made.

He went the extra mile and even entertained our young children so that we could take our time choosing our mattress. We didnt feel any pressure to choose quickly or even commit to buying at all - unlike a very pushy salesperson at Bensons For Beds the day earlier. It was definitely Jon's friendly attitude that made us purchase our bed with Dreams. And the complimentary bottles of water were an extra treat on a very hot day.
