The rep. addressed our requirements and had significant knowledge allowing us to feel confident in his recommendations.

We were approached by assistant Mark, who looked after us throughout our visit. We were offered bottled water, and was satisfied with the current rules regarding hygiene and social distancing. Mark was very professional with relaying his knowledge to us regarding our needs. We both fully understood how he explained the needs for a full, comfortable and pain free nights sleep.
