We enjoyed the sleepmatch experience. The Dreams colleague Gary was very friendly and relaxed and talked us through the experience, he was knowledgeable and made us feel at ease and comfortable when trying out the mattresses. We didn't feel pressured into buying products which was good as that would put us off purchasing, but his confidence and knowledge of the products helped us to make a confident decision. We were very impressed with the hygiene standards in place during this period of time.
