My daughter needed a base for her bed I went into Dreams was recommended a bed base which suited my needs Paid at counter.. Delivered 4 days later ☺

Mark was very helpful with the purchase of our new mattress paperwork was easy a d the delivery is within 7 days with the current demand at the moment I am very surprised with that but very happy Overall dreams will be highly recommended to anyone by me

Assistant was friendly and helpful did not feel rushed where made to feel at home and also made me a lovely cup of coffee while helping me chose the right mattress with the help of the sleep computer it made it a lot easier to choose the right mattress for me

The staff who helped us was called Mark. He was very understanding of my chronic pain issues and my husbands disability(double below knee amputee) Mark agreed it was a good idea to take off the prosthetic legs while on the sleep bed machine. Mark gave us plenty of time to move about and answered every question we had. While paying, Mark took the time to explain everything, including the pillows choices we could take, a half price mattress protector, delivery and return. We were offered cold water which was helpful and helped my husband to the car with items purchased. Thank you Mark.

The lady in store was very knowledgeable, took the time with us, wasn’t pushy and was great help keeping an eye on our 1yr old while we tried the mattresses.
