I was apprehensive about finding the correct mattress for our requirements, on entering the store, Emma the assistant greeted us and explained the current procedures in store. We were guided every step of the way, with the various mattress options being demonstrated. We felt at ease and extremely informed. Our new mattress is absolutely perfect for us and the service we received was professional and friendly.

We were acknowledged quickly and asked to wait while quantity of customers in shop were finalising their needs, after short time we were allowed in and met by Gary who followed the requirements of Covid, provided my wife and I with uninterrupted service during a thorough procedure in the selection of a matress, keeping his distance whilst always providing good customer service.

The manager of the store seemed to know his stuff and understood my requirements. dealt with all aspects in a professional manner

We were greeted exactly on time. Assistant fully explained the process and the products in a friendly, knowledgeable way. Ordering was equally efficient. Could not find a fault in all of our dealings.

The gentleman serving us was polite, honest and understanding. He listened and wasn’t a pushy salesman in any way. His considerable attention to CoViD protection procedures were scrupulous and reassuring.
