Emma who dealt with me was brilliant. Helped me with the sleep match process and explained best mattresses for my needs. She was knowledgeable, engaging and attentive. I had a great experience in the Ashford store and a lovely cup of tea

I already bought a bed from dreams in Sittingbourne I found them to be very Nice and polite and had no problems Placing my order . Then went to dreams in Ashford and placed an order for another two beds and found them just to be as good if not better The gentleman there explained how and showed me the difference between a normal mattress and the temper mattress In a way that I could understand I could not ask for a better service thank you

The sales assistant was helpful and professional. He explained the options of finance well and had good product knowledge.

The sales person who helped with our purchase was extremely friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. We were offered refreshments on arrival and after selecting the correct mattress with the help of the in store technology, given time to decide on our chosen bed. We then went on to buy a duvet and 2 mattress protectors all at very good prices.

Emma was helpful, knowledgeable and kept the kids occupied. She took the time to understand our needs and showed us all the options for us to choose from. We weren't rushed so able to make the right choice. The time to place our order did take sometime, but we also entered the store at a very busy period, so this couldn't be helped.

The store staff were prepared to spend time ensuring we found the right product.

Hi Spoke to Emma at the Dreams store in Ashford. I went to the store in the morning and felt 50/50 about a purchase. I went back because I did see a very nice bed frame and decided to buy mattresses at the same time for convenience. Emma listened to my complex concerns around purchasing my first bed and mattress and used her judgement to decided that the sleep machine was needed to evaluate the type of mattress that would best suit me and my family. she was patient, gave me space and time to think about my thoughts. She even included free Silentnight pillow pack x4. Her rapport building was brilliant and kept me at ease about the practicalities of delivery. I was very impressed by how soon the delivery would be too. What was important was that Emma wasn't pushy about making a quick sale, she allowed me to take my time and think things over and I appreciated her patience, particularly nearer to closing time on a Sunday! Overall, I'm impressed. the staff were lovely and the products they sell are exceptional quality.
