I was there to buy a bed frame and mattress. I didn't know which frame I wanted and the man (Jon at Ashford) was very helpful in rearranging all the headboards so I could have a look at them. He was very patient with me whilst I came to a decision and his knowledge about all the products was fantastic.

Fantastic customer service both through the online chat service and over the phone. The advisor called me to arrange a discount as I had seen the mattress advertised at a lower price. He was very knowledgable and shared lots of information on the features of the mattress I was interested in. I also purchased the ‘bed cover’ that protects the mattress against any issues for 8years. This cover also came with a free mattress protector-I wouldn’t have known about this offer if the advisor hadn’t been so helpful and would have spent more money elsewhere trying to buy a suitable protector for that size mattress so I’m really pleased with the deal I got.
