mark was very welcoming and greeted us well, he introduced us to the electric bed body measuring device and talked us through every thing we needed to know and more, once we worked out what mattress we needed mark offered us water as we tested the beds that were recommended and didn't try and push any higher end mattresses, we spoke about the pros and cons of the different mattresses and pillows, mark gave us a variety of pillows to try too. the deal that was on at the time was a good one and we didnt want to miss out, we only went in to look but mark helped us get a good understanding of the products to the point we knew we had to get a new one but with out pushing even a little bit 10 out of 10

Staff were very friendly and informative. I had my two year old daughter with me and staff were very understanding and took their time to explain things to me, even whilst chasing a toddler! We used the sleep machine and were shown several mattresses and bed frames that suited us. We weren’t rushed round and were given time to discuss things by ourselves as well as informative conversations with staff.

Was really good service explained the different mattresses and was very polite and helpful enjoyed the experience

From the initial call to the store, we knew that we were in good hands. Mark, the manager, was very professional and courteous, allowing us to buy with confidence. This is not the first time buying from Dreams in Ashford. Even though we now live in a different town, we returned as the priory experience was so positive. Overall, we can’t fault it

Was brilliant from start to finish I give 10/10 that's how good he was a his job!!!!.we Will get our delivery of our new bed&headboard on 2nd of june 2021 so over all experience was highly satisfied..😊

Jon, The assistant, was excellent making you feel valued and delivering on all requests with right solutions. His service was the main reason I proceeded with my decision. He did not sell, he helped me to buy what I really needed. Great job!
