Dreams - Ashford

We dealt with Emma in the Ashford branch, very friendly & knowledgeable about the products. We were given time to try out any beds we liked in store & wasn’t hurried. When we returned a week later Emma took us through the purchase & explained the different options available to us.

We were given time to browse before being approached by a very friendly member of staff. We explained our needs and he quickly showed us several products which fitted those needs. He was knowledgeable without being pushy.

The store assistant, Greg, was very attentive to our needs. He gave us enough space to try out the products but was ready to give us extra information and advice whenever we needed it. He was helpful the whole way through our time in the store.

Emma, Sales Assistant was very welcoming and informative. We explained what we thought we needed and she listened well then directed us to the sleepmatch machine. Once the data was collected she explained why it had recommended the mattresses. Great service from start to finish.

The service provider was a guy called Gary who was patient, very knowledgable, a great salesman but far from pushy.

The staff were excellent, and the choices of beds and particularly mattresses were A1. Nothing was to much trouble. Grateful the showroom was on one level.

Gary in Ashford was amazing! He listened, took the time to understand what we needed, answered every question we had. He is fantastic and a true gentlemen.
