Mark the sales manager looked after my wife and I very well. He immediately grasped what we were looking for, his knowledge of the product was second to none. We felt very much at ease with Mark, we never felt any pressure at all, he made us feel comfortable.

She was knowledgeable, directed us to mattresses that suited our needs and listened to what we had to say too. Could not recommend her more. As someone who knows nothing about mattresses, her level of expertise was very impressive and I trusted her wholeheartedly!!
