The staff were very professional, helpful and gave us good service. I only wish the item we purchased did not have so long to be delivery time

We were helped by assistant Gary who was very nice and knowledgeable. Covid measures were in place which made us feel safe.

We were met soon after we entered the store and asked what it was we were looking for. The manager in fact served us and took the time to understand our needs and took into consideration our budget. He did not try to up sell us but guided us into what would be the best option to ensure we had appropriate support in addition to comfort. We were even offered a free bottle of water.

The assistant was not pushy, he explained everything clearly and simply throughout our experience. He was very knowledgeable on all the products and selected a wide range of options for us.

Efficient service and on hand for any questions, looked online also to find the bed we had in mind as this material was not available to see in the store. Very helpful and knowledgeable

I needed 3 beds with mattresses so thought it would be a long tiresome visit however, we were greeted by the door and assisted in all the purchases, this made it an enjoyable experience. We achieved our goal in half the time expected due to the experience and helpfulness of the sales representative.

The selection suited my needs perfectly. I was offered so much advice and a discount. Gary was polite, friendly and really made our visit memorable.
