The Bed I wanted was not available until August when we required a bed ASAP, this caused me to have to spend £150.00 more than the bed I selected which was a full £250 over budget

The mattress, was wet down one side, I didn't ask for a replacement, as my granddaughter was desperate to stay, so we dried it ourselves, otherwise the delivery & everything else was first class

I am not at all happy that I have been charged £39 to deliver this item this is an extortionate amount. We did ask if it could be delivered to the store and we would collect but this was not an option either.

Staff were great, store was great, polyices, terms & conditions suck. Wife went into store alone & purchased a mattress with protection cover. I said bit dear love she agreed & found a different one that would suit our needs. We tried to cancel order & was told you can't, no cooling off period. I thought that a contract had to be signed by both parties & each to have a signed copy, didn't like it when told phone customer services they may let you cancel but it will cost you 20% seems that it is all a one way street, take, take, take cheese o we wanted to cancel less than 24 hours, I doubt whether the order had gone through yet. Another thing was the protection sold they said we could cancel but not in store & free warenty would be void. Couple that up with they wanted £30 to take the old one away when we had spent £600 + is a joke. This experience has caused a row & made my wife I'll. Thank you very much.

Staff were friendfly and helpful, even matched the dsicount we'd have got back as quidco cashback. However, not at any point were we told the bed wasnt in stock until we'd paid (over £3k). Was told they would call today (18th Jan) when back in stock and it still isnt. Pretty annoyed and disillusioned with the whole dreams experience

We wanted interest free credit as we have done before with you That is built into the price and unfortunately there was no response from the underwriters and we were in a rush so had to pay by credit card fur the full amount No discount offered despite the fact the credit must be built in We have a superb credit rating and are not a risk Very very disappointed
