To be highly satisfied the staff would have to go beyond my expectations. The staff were adequate and did what I would expect of them. Nothing more but nothing less.

The layout of the store and the way the mattresses were organised (colour coding) was good. Our salesman was very helpful and we didn't feel rushed into making a purchase. We were offered drinks when we entered the store and while we were waiting for the purchase to complete. After placing our order with a £39 delivery charge, I saw that if ordering on line, delivery was free. This was the only thing that made me rate lower than highly satisfied - it makes no sense to have two policies on delivery, and it seems unfair to charge when ordering in store, particularly as this must be when most people place orders.

Wanted a particular bed but was marked up at wrong price. Ended up getting a different one as price was £300 more expensive

When first walking into dreams and looking at the bed we purchased a lady sale assistant came up to us and when me and my partner asked her a question she just told us to read the information at the bottom of the bed. It wasn’t until a male sales assistant came up and helped us with the information we purchased the bed

The man who assisted me was very new and kept making admin errors including putting the wrong Direct Debit details in and now I have to sort that myself. I think in future new staff members should be monitored a little bit more or trained more to avoid this

Delivery time longer than I had been led to expect at the start. Ordering process took far too long due to sytem upgrade being in progress at the time. It is ridiculous to do upgrades during opening hours

i wasn't told in the store that i would need end boards to the walk in wardrobes i bought, it was when the installers came that i found out i would need end boards. also the installation was very difficult, the installers would not work with me as to where i wanted the walk in wardrobes nor over bed wardrobes placed
