Obvious communication breakdown between staff. Given details of a staff member who was supposed to be aware of my enquiry. This person was then not available but appeared not to have made alternative arrangements for a colleague to be either aware of my enquiry or to take responsibility for dealing with my enquiry in his place.

we spent nearly £2000 a year ago and had to come back to purchase a new mattress as the one we originally bought did not soften down like we were told and is too uncomfortable for us to sleep on. we were poorly advised in the first visit.

Dean was very attentive and understood our needs. I was a little disappointed that considering we spent over £1400 that we had to spend on the region of £100 to have our old beds removed and for assembly of our new bed. I feel it should be included in the price or at least a bit cheaper.

Lots of hidden extra increased charges such as collection of old bed and cost to have bed unpacked. £50.00 is too much for delivery men to unpack and assemble divan plus headboard. Maybe correct if whole bed frame assembly required. Also little room for price negotiation when expensive bed is being purchased.

I'm was a busy Saturday and only 3 staff members on shift so we had to look for an advisor. We were finally greeted by the manager who unfortunately in my opinion smelt of alcohol
