Emma was very helpful but customers took a long time to place their orders so I was waiting for half an hour and she was still tied up so I went home. Came back next day to place my order but other customers probably had to wait for attention although I didn't need finance so it wasn't too long. Busy shop and probably need more staff.

Not clear how much base cost and options on bases - colour, height, etc. Nectar points available online, but not at store - I could use up a lot of your salesperson's time then go away and order online.

to me, "highly satisfied" will depend on my total experience with your company. All I have done so far is walk in your shop and buy a matress. Your staff accepted my order, accepted my payment, me a receipt and organised a delivery date. The order is in progress and I will not rate "highly satisfied and it is complete.

Our visit took 2 hours even though we already new exactly what product we wanted. Seemed a very long time.

I am satisfied, highly satisfied would require more products along with a bigger store, quite limited products. Could not fault the staff, very attentive
