I'm buying a bed lets not get carried away here

Mattress not delivered or tried yet so can’t rate the price or quality etc.

I was satisfied with my dreams experience.

When My partner and myself entered the Ashford store we were greeted well with a smile from a store assistant and they said "morning". After a few moments another store assistant (Dean) came over and asked if we needed for any help. We had already seen which bed we liked online however the price without the 20% off is listed on the board in front of the bed. I believe this should be more clearly stated in each bed as we would not have purchased the bed if we had not seen the price online as we would have assumed it was the full price instead. Also once we had agreed to purchase the bed we went and took a seat to begin the purchase. However the store assistant was a little uncertain on working out a payment plan so I used my phone calculator to work it out for myself to ensure it was all correct.

Because it was the first time we had visited the store there was no comparison to see if the service was always of the same standard

When placing our order it was very public with other individuals able to hear and see exactly what we purchased and the pricing together with some personal information if we had not requested they move

We had to wait nearly 30 minutes to be seen.

It was what I would have expected, nothing more.

Only 2 members of staff so had to wait a while to be served as the store was quite busy

No One is perfect!!
