I never give 100% for anything, that's just ridiculous. If they have me a free matress and bed then maybe that would count. Be happy with mostly 9s

I was happy with the sales staff but if i had done it over the internet i was happy with the delievery as it was with in a week of odering but going into the shop it was 3+ weeks and i was not yet been given a date.

Just because the payment plans in store were different to online, I thought it would be the same across the stores aswell but wasn't a major issue as I was looked after very well by the assistant

because the Sana bed was £100 cheaper over Easter & you closed on Sunday & we could not get there on the Monday & so we paid extra for the sake of a couple of days.
