I was buying a bed, how excited can I get? As a bed you delivered exactly what I wanted, a range of beds at a range of price points.

Generally I had a good experience within the store, but would like to suggest maybe a Children’s space in the middle of the store, then parents can concentrate on what could be their most expensive purchase that year.

Highly satisfied with the way Jon dealt with my kids and myself. Being at the end of a divorce and having just moved I was stressed by the Time I got to dreams at Ashford. By the time I’d placed my order and left the store I was at ease, and stress less. Thank you Jon for this.

As a matter of people working at the store iam highly satisfied but i didn't received my product yet so i cant say iam 100% satisfied with the purchase.

I personally think you could do with a area designed to keep kids entertained while adults chat with your colleagues. Prices are a little steep but great quality .could throw more in pillows etc .over specific price maybe . Delivery times slow While we were placing a order a dissatisfied customer rang though and we could here call Not professional . Staff were prompt and courteous great knowledge of equipment and needs . A store in Burton on Trent had wardrobe's etc on sale in there store this one didn't so slightly disappointed on that . But I guess size of stores. But could have catalogue or web page in store to use to browse though just a idea.
