I think all the small extras should be included with a purchase of this value. Setting up removing old bed etc.

In regards to expressing any available deals and trying to sort the best deal possible. It was rather about selling other products I.e different insurances rather than what's the best deal they could offer

I never do Highly Satisfied or 10/10

It was difficult to know which were divans and which were slatted beds. Unfortunately the salesman had bad breath.
