I was told when purchasing bed that there were not other discounts available, however our household qualifies for kent Rewards, to which we now have lost out on 6% cashback. Also the salesperson was a little arrogant at times because "you cannot tell how a bed is from 5 minutes on it", however if it instantly agravates your back, I disagree.

Customer next to us had a better deal regarding pillows, after spending half of the value of our purchase. Would it not be better the higher the value the better quality pillows are provided, or possibly make them the same value.

I am clearly disabled and I've had to wait over 2 weeks for my bed to be delivered. In the meantime I've been sleeping on the floor. This has effected my health severely and made my daily life very difficult and more painful. In the circumstances it would have been beneficial for a shop assistant to call management to see if anything could be done, but he didn't bother
