Helpful salesman explained everything we wanted

We used the mattress matching machine and lonand behold the best recommended mattress was the most expensive option available in store. We couldn't be sure if it was genuinely the best match as we were not given the option to look at the full list of results. It was held in the salesperson's hands the whole time. There was also a lack of range of products that were suitable for us when we tried the beds

Emma was lovely and very helpful, however the store was like an oven it needs air conditioning. If Emma wasn't as nice and helpful as she was I 100% would of walked out due to the heat

Only 2 staff in store when we arrived, had to queue in the rain for 15mins then a third staff member came along and we eventually got in. He was apologetic but in bad weather a couple of people gave up queuing.
