I have bought other products from dreams and was totally satisfied with the product and the price. They beat Bensons for beds which is their main competitor in Ashford, Kent.

From the outset our store assistant Emma was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, spending time to explain and understand the needs and unique problems faced by us with being in an old house. Her product knowledge was excellent and She did her job with a smile, charm, kindness and treated us with respect at all times, and we were able to have a laugh and a joke with her, something that is important to me as I hate going to stores and dealing with customer assistants that look like they don't want to be there. We even got refreshments before we had even decide to purchase anything. A massive positive experience in store and I would highly recommend anyone to the store

The woman we dealt with we have dealt with in the past and she is always professional and helpful but also has a lovely personality which goes beyond her duty . We would not hesitate to come back to dreams in the future but would hope to see Emma again.

Lauren the sales assistant was so polite and nothing was too much trouble. I wasn't pushed into something I didn't want.

We were looking for a bed that would give good support and a good nights sleep. Both my husband and are creeping up the 70years and both have bad backs. We were interested in the Tempur beds. Jon was a great help and we talked for some period of time. we tested the bed fully as it has the massage unit and the ability of raising us up and down at head end and foot end. At our age we want comfort. We went away to think about it because we were spending a great deal of money. Jon was not pushy in any way we felt the decision was ours and we had a very good experience. we also bought two new bedside cabinets as well while we were there. Ii think the lack of pressure from the store staff contributed to our purchase.

We visited your store on watching your TV advert about changing your bed after 8 years- this made us find our original receipts and we were nearly at the 8 years.Originally we looked up Dreams on the internet and found a bed that we thought was very good value in your sale and then visited your new store in Ashford to just take a look.On speaking with Jon the sales assistant and getting full information on the bed and then trying it we immediately decided to go ahead and buy it.We were completely satisfied with the service- we were under no pressure to buy but knowledge -help and information regarding different colour bases - drawers etc helped to seal our purchase. The store although new is easy to look around and we would definitely recommend to friends.Most definitely keep up the TV advert - its not fancy or complicated but straightforward to watch and immediately to the point. The assistant was very helpful and talked about all the various mattresses available. Once order was placed he talked through all terms and conditions in simplistic way.
