Sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgable. The speed of delivery (2days) was extremely efficient

Emma was so helpful, even gave us a cup of tea! We didn't feel rushed and hassled . Allowed to try most of the beds in store and she even sorted us out with suitable pillows! Couldn't ask for better service and attention. Thanks Emma. Hope delivery is as efficient as she was.

You could see all that was on sale with easy to understand placards. You were then able to compare various beds.

From entering the store to leaving was a good experience . Staff where really warm and welcoming . They where engaging without being pushy - they asked about our specific needs and gave really excellent advice and offered comparisons - explained the benefits of the different types of mattress available - left us to wander about , gave us time to discuss . Just very pleasant - this was our second visit to the store - we had been to another store prior to this and where not impressed by the staff or products on offer in comparison

Had a really fun morning with Emma and Lauren. Went to buy a bed with a fixed idea but they were kind and patient talked me out of my silly idea and gave me better options.. Spent times showing me photos on computer whilst offering coffee. Ordered bed and they said they would try and locate bedside tables.told me to pop in any time for a coffee. I will. They are a credit to Dreams. They took the stress out of this morning . Well done girls!

Staff very well up on the products. She was really very pleasant got the order sorted for me really quickly.checked with me to make sure order was right. This is second time i have used d Dreams beds and will recommend you to others.

The staff member was very friendly and extremely helpful and knowlegeable about the different types of matresses available within the store, we had great difficulty in deciding which matress would suit us but by giving us plenty of time to try them out we made our decision and are ver happy

I shopped at Dreams in Ashford. At first we went in to get an idea of priced etc. We were specifically looking for an ottoman type and was shown the available ones. We had time to try out any bed without pressure and were asked if we wanted a hot beverage whilst we looked. Our assistant Ken was very knowledgable and friendly without being pushy. We looked elsewhere and even though we found cheaper, there were penalties if we bought just the base, our base would only be covered for one year, not 5. The fact that there were 5 sales assistants and no customers left me wondering. When we opted for the 8 year warranty, it covered everything. We also needed to be able to see and try our purchase, finding that bases varied in height to a difference of up to 5 inches! In this case, size really did matter as my partner is a tall gent and may have struggled to get out of bed being so low. Without Kens help we could have had a disaster! Well done Dreams of Ashford. 10 out of 10.
