I hadn't bought a bed for 20 years and so was delighted with the service and knowledge of the sales rep. The time spent expaining every detail was very much appreciated.

I was welcome to take all the time I needed selecting my ideal mattress. All the variations were explained to me, I was offered a coffee and left to try any mattresses I liked. This was my second visit, at no time did I feel pressured to buy. Every effort was made to understand my needs and the staff especially Ken, were very friendly and helpful.

Good range of quality items, helpful but not pushy staff who know their subject. No pressure to buy.

Staff member friendly and attentive and knew the product. The whole matter was carried out in a prompt and professional manner.
