Assistant very informative and helpful through outlet shopping experience

we was very happy with the service we was given we was given a hot drink which went down very well

The sales person had an excellent knowledge of all your mattresses and when we said we had a waterbed for over 30 years he did not bat an eyelid and virtually immediately pointed onto the mattress we purchased

Emma was very friendly, listened to our needs and recommended various beds that would meet those needs. She explained the various products and layout of the store and then gave us time to make our choice. She revisited us to answer any other questions we had. We felt support without intrusion- some salespeople find that a difficult balance to achieve but Emma was perfect.

The assistant (Emma) seemed very knowledgeable and your system for dealing with my order, fixing delivery date, printing the order out seemed highly efficienet/

The Assistants, Laura and Emma were both very professional and polite. This goes a long way with me, with a smile as well. They were both very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they could. I must admit I did put them through their paces today, I had lots of questions and they were all answered beautifully. Customer service is the number one reason I go to Dreams.

Emma the assistant was awesome with me, I am an autistic woman and I find it hard to talk to people. But she was so easy and explained everything and how the bed would arrive how easy things would happen. She told me if I had ANY questions just to ring back and ask her, and to ask for her. She was amazing I'm just waiting for my awesome bed now.

I was impressed with the helpfulness of the assistant and his knowledge of what would meet my needs best. I found the whole process of finding and purchasing my items easier than I thought and did not feel under pressure to choose and decide quickly, which I have experienced elsewhere.
