Very helpful and informative assistant, understood what we wanted and plenty of helpful advice given to make sure we chose the right mattress.

I was 100 % satisfied from the moment me and my wife met Emma we felt at ease we was not sure what we was looking for and found Emma very helpful in fact I visited 2 other shops as well as Dreams and went back to Dreams and placed the order the following week and I glad I managed to catch Emma on that day to place order with, and she remembered us which I found very good customer service too.

Emma the sales person was fantastic

From the moment my partner and I stepped inside the Dreams store we were greeted by Emma who offered us assistance and spent a long time discussing our requirements. Emma was very knowledgeable and helpful, offered us a tea or coffee and ensured our questions were answered fully. We were given a brochure on our choice of bed and we were never pressured or hurried into making a decision. We left the store to think things over and visit other stores but returned to see Emma later in the day. We were again made to feel very welcome, given refreshment and all questions answered. We were happy to place our order and with the excellent customer service we received. Emma is a credit to the Ashford store.
