Very friendly and knowledgeable dreams colleague in store who took his time with us making sure what we were buying was the right thing. Delivery times most acceptable also.

The assistant who served us was very helpful, cheerful and informative. She was able to direct us to the types of product we required and explain the differences in the various types of mattress. All in all she displayed excellent customer service

Came to the store as we knew there was a sale on. The colleague who served us listened to our needs and our budget and gave appropriate and helpful knowledge. We were not rushed and we felt looked after.

Emma had in depth knowledge of the range of products, she had an ability to assess our sleeping postures and was able to suggest appropriate pillows and mattress cover. Emma had a friendly, informative approach, was patient and did not attempt to force a sale. We came away confident we had made a good informed purchase.

Staff had been helpful both to me on the day and to my wife's initial approach the previous day

Had a lovely manner about her and nothing was too much trouble. she did Dreams proud and I hope she gets some recognition of this comment. The manager there was most friendly and also knew his job.
