Not only did I buy amazingly good quality products for such a small price, but the help and hospitality of your workers was impeccable. I was offered a pillow when trying out beds, also a beverage if I wanted.

I visited the store 2 months before buying a mattress and received excellent help and advice from the female assistant at the Ashford store. Our house sale and purchase was delayed for 2 months and so I went back to place an order. When I got there I was amazed that the assistant remembered everything about my previous visit and even the mattress that I had been keen on. Her advice was again superb and she was extremely professional whilst also very polite and personable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store to anyone who needs a recommendation.

The price of the product was a good one. The helpfulness' and knowledge of Mark who served me was excellent.

Both assistants were veryhelpful and very apologetic that we had to wait 5weeks for the product.

We don't buy mattresses every day and had given no thought until advised which mattress was best for us relative to how we sleep!

The staff at the branch were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

Lauren spent time asking what type of bed we had and what we thought we would like. Then showed us several beds and the different types of mattress. Good knowledge of the products and how this works as a great night sleep.

Went into ashford branch and had Dana serve me, I've been in a total of three times whilst trying to decide which bed, she was very flexible and willing to show me lots of options and solutions for quererys I had. I even discussed options I had found in bensons for beds and when being told options that dreams can offer I didn't feel as if I was being fobbed off for the sake of a sale. I didn't feel too pressured for a sale like I did in Bensons. I also felt as if I wasn't wasting time by asking lots of questions and not making my mind up immediately. Overall very happy with the service and patience that I received in store as well as the flexibility of staff.
