Dreams - Ashford

The store was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and pleasant, it was well laid out and easy to find the products, Mark the manager was extreamly attentive, helpful and efficient making our visit most pleasant, we would happily visit again should we need anything else.

Member of staff called Jon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us pick the perfect bed and mattress. Nothing was too much trouble..great member of staff

We have visited 2 stores Farnborough and Ashford in our 5 week quest to find our perfect bed. On both visits to your stores the customer service we have received has been fantastic, on arrival we were given a warm welcome and offered a drink. Both salespeople we have encountered were very knowledgeable and friendly in their approach to help us choose the right bed for us.

the sales guy Jon wasnt too pushy. some shops are a nightmare

Assistance offered as soon as entering the store. Very polite & helpful. Placing the order was very simple, the only downside is that we might have to wait up to 7 weeks for the items. Otherwise a very satisfactory experience.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly member of staff called Jon. We explained our needs and Jon was very helpful and know the product he was selling very well which gave us confidence in our choice. Jon also explained the 40 night replacement if needed which was ideal for us as I do have certain health problems.

I went into the store and was asked very quickly if I needed any help, the knowledge of the sales assistant was second to none, I was quickly jumping on and off different bands until I found one that I was happy with. All my options were made perfectly clear. I had my two young sons with me and they were shown as much respect as I was. The service that I received from start to finish was fantastic, I left the store confident that I had just purchased the right bed for me.

We had previously visited John Lewis in Ashford. We were offered no help at all in John Lewis and mattress were in the region of £2000-£3500. We left there feeling confused and irritated. We entered Dreams in Ashford and after a few minutes were approached by Lauren, a very friendly and helpful assistant. She quickly explained the colour coding and the different types of mattresses. She told us she would leave us alone for a while to trial a few mattresses and offered us a coffee. The coffee was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Lauren checked in with us once more to make sure we didn't need any help and again was quick to offer help and advice. Once we had narrowed down our choices to a few she suggested we spend 5 mins on each in our usual sleeping position. Even though we were only shopping for a mattress, and not a bed, I was so impressed with the store, and its staff, that I also chose a sleigh bed to go with the mattress. Lauren priced up our options and we made our purchase of both the bed and mattress. I can't compliment Lauren enough, she was friendly, smiley and offered just the right amount of support without pushiness or unnecessary sales pitch

The internet is great to do all the research and comparisons to short list your requirements But this still can not compare to then popping in store to make sure you've thought of everything and cross the T's and dot the I's so to speak Excellent, speedy, efficient and simple
