The person in the shop was outstanding. He left us to look around and gave us all the time help we needed for the purchase we made.

Salesman very helpful and knowledgeable without being too pushy in persuading us to buy.

My husband and I are very recently married, so we encountered a slight hitch with the credit company whilst our purchase was being processed at Dreams (Barrey Rd, Ashford) today - we had to present a copy of our marriage certificate to prove my new name! We found this out 25 minutes before the store's 16.30 closing time - as today is Sunday! However, the team who served us (Dana and Mark!) were brilliant; they waited for us to return with the copy of our certificate, remaining open just to process our order and ensure we left highly satisfied customers! Thank you Dana and Mark! Well done Dreams! We can't wait for our new bed to arrive!

The store was laid out in a great way for customers to view products. The assistance we received was very friendly and not pushy which is good. The assistance was on hand when we needed it and they were very helpful

saw mattress i wanted at home on computer went to store to see it in place but it was not on display then dream colleague mark came over and explained that the mattress magenta was only sold on line,but we could order in store ,he then invited us to sit at desk and he set out the order explaining benifit of bed coverwhich we took and offer of free mattress protector. mark was very helpful and informative,we were very pleased overall with the sale.
