It was just a very easy, satisfying experience. The assistant was helpful without being pushy; it was easy to differentiate between the types of mattress due to the colour coding and it did not take much time out of a busy day!

Very helpful and efficient staff especially Emma. She was very patient with our queries and explained very clearly our options for which we were very grateful especially as we spent over £1000. PS She also makes a very nice cup of tea!!!!!!!!!!!!

Arriving at the store we were greeted by Emma ,who offered us assistance and explained how the beds were laid out so that we knew which areas to look in. she kindly offered us tea while we had a look around. when we were ready to ask questions Emma and her colleague were quickly available to offer advice and assistance (and more tea!) .We were delighted to chat with the girls as they were very nice, friendly, down to earth girls who we could have a laugh with. We soon placed our order, Emma gave us all the time and space we needed to discuss things and make decisions, and was able to offer us the delivery slot we needed. All in all it was a pleasant, positive trip to the shop and I hope Emma will get to hear how happy we were with the quality of her service
