The staff were very friendly and Emma was so easy to talk to and helpful. I was offered advice on pillows as well as my bed, mattress etc, i never would have even thought about my type of pillow before visiting your store

Staff member very helpful from the beginning. We were made to feel welcome and received a lot of helpful advice and given as much time as we needed to try out the products with no pressure

Upon coming in, Dana approached us and was very fast and capable of answering any and all questions we had about matresses. We walked away very happy with our purchase.

We found the range of beds met our needs, we located the one we wanted and the staff member was very helpful in placing the order. The bed was delivered today with very good service.

I have shopped at Dreams before and always found them to sell the best beds.

Great choice very good customer care

I visited the store 3 times before deciding on my purchase and on each occasion the staff were very welcoming, friendly and offering of assistance (and drinks). I was not put under any pressure and was able to take my time in trying and choosing the right bed and mattress for me.

I came in on the Saturday to look at beds, straight away I was greeted by Emma at your Ashford store in Kent. Told her what it was I was looking for and she narrowed it down to 3 beds for me. Allowed me to try out each bed for as long as I needed to. As I still couldnt decide she sat me down and went through the prcing of it, your 40 night policy exchange and pointed out the mattresses in your brochure and I said I'd decide which one I wanted as soon as I could. I came back the next day and picked out the chantilly. She explained everything again just to make sure I understood everything. Hopefully once mu mattress comes it'll be the best money I've ever spent. But I just want to thank a massive thank you to Emma and the other lovely girl in your store from Sunday 13th who looked after me while I was making my final decision. Great staff

The assistant who served us was Emma. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took a lot of time with us explaining everything and we were very impressed. She told us about all the beds but left us to make up our minds which we preferred. We had previously been to Bensons where we were only directed to one make of bed and felt this was pushed on to us without even being given a chance to try any others. This was why we came to Dreams and why we made our purchase from there as I guess most of the beds are pretty similar

Assistant knew her products, despite not having any other staff member there..she successfully sold to us and attended to others during our time there.
