Very friendly and knowledgable staff member who assisted us. A real credit to the company. Good availability and range of products. Easy colour-coding of product types and ranges.

I thought the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy. Dana was the advisor who spent most of the time with us today and she knew every single product that we looked at and really helped us to narrow our options down. She was brilliant.

Mark was very knowledgeable and attentive. He gave us advice regarding choosing the right product and the benefits of all the different quality of mattresses. Mark did not put us under any pressure but was available throughout our time in the store - he gave us time to chat together and concider our purchase without getting in the way. He also offered us tea!

We were given the time we needed to peruse the products alone but when we needed the help of a sales person she was available to give us as much time as we wanted and gave knowledgeable advice which allowed us to make an educated decision.

We knew what we were looking for, got good comparative advice from Dana in store, and she achieved our mission for us in a relatively short space of time, with impartial unbiased information. No pushy sales attempts. Just a good experience all round. We were in and out in half an hour having purchased two divan beds and mattresses.

Was greeted when entering the store, then left to have a look around long enough to try out a few products before being asked if we needed any assistance. When looking to purchase assistant was very informative on all aspects of the product from return delivery, quality and pricing. When sorting out finance for the mattress the assistant went through every step and every payment needed to be made throughly and made sure I was happy and understood every step. Very pleased with the costumer service very chat and informative and seemed to be confidant and understand the different products. Very friendly and chatty and made me feel happy. With my purchase.

Had already looked on the Dreams website and figured out what bed and mattress we wanted to purchase, went in to our local store so that we could test the firmness of the mattress and then place our order. The whole process of ordering was fast and went very smoothly the store assistant was lovely, she was very friendly and very helpful.

Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the product and did not try to push most expensive item. He gave a clear implication of all the different choices available ( which were many) and knew when we wanted time alone to discuss the options
