Emma was fantastic, really helpful and knowledgable. She took the time to go through the products which suited what I was looking for and my budget and she explained everything I needed to know during the order process. The overall shopping experience was really good and I would highly recommend this store.

Sales Assistant was very helpful

All the staff were very attentive and were available when I wanted to ask a question but also allowed me to browse and did not feel pressured in any way. Booking process was quick and easy made better with an offer of a cup of tea.

The ladies that helped us was really lovely, said hello to us as soon as we came in, was warm and welcoming and took her time with us and explained all the different stock, the cup of tea went down well to

Knowledge of the products was really good and all the staff were very helpful. The lady that served us was very nice and explained everything clearly. It's just a shame that the waterproof mattress protector that you supply is of such poor quality (makes you sweat very badly) and actually conflicts with what the top of the mattress we purchased is meant to do!

We had to ask to find the ottoman beds. Jon showed them to us and then asked about our needs. He brought us cups of tea and allowed us time to browse. The purchase process was fine. And delivery available just a week after new year.
