We were shown the bed that assessed our requirements which was very useful to narrow down the choices. Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did not put us under pressure at any point.

Emma in ashford was brilliant. Helped us find exactly what we needed, gave us time to decide and was not at all pushy.

From the minute we stepped inside the store we were greeted with a friendly face and offered a cold bottle of water as it was a hot day. Jon listened to what we needed and what we were looking for and helped us with the sleep study bed.

Gary was extremely helpful in showing us the options in regard to the mattress's available to our needs and allowed us to take our time in choosing the right one for us.

The staff were very attentive polite, and knowledgable. The mattress test was fun and from that we were able to promptly test a handful of mattresses to quickly assess and chose the most comfortable one

We visited Dreams in Ashford hoping to buy a Tempur mattress as my husband and myself have been struggling to sleep properly due to joint problems. We were approached by Gary who offered us much needed water on a hot, muggy day! Social distancing was adhered to and we felt very safe. We discussed our options and were impressed by the fact that he offered us cheaper options. After laying on several beds, we decided on a Tempur and this was dealt with quickly. We even came out with 2 Tempur pillows ar a reduced price. This was definitely a Broocie Bonus and we are already sleeping better than before. Really looking forward to delivery of our mattress. Would definitely recommend Dreams and Gary to anyone wanting a friendly, knowledgeable service without spending hours listening to sales waffle! Well done Dreams!
