The sales staff were friendly and helpful but did not pester me while I looked around. The sales staff were well informed about the products. I was offered coffee or tea and made to feel comfortable while placing my order and paying for the bed I had ordered. I would definitely go back to this store in the future. The sales person Jonathan and the manger at the store Mark are an asset to Dreams.

I was greeted by staff who were smiling, friendly and not pushy. I was offered a delicious hot drink whilst I browsed, and this, along with the ability to test the mattresses and take my time, made for a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Staff were always available, helpful and knowledgable and appeared to enjoy their jobs. The store was full of choice, clean and tidy and prices were clear. Payment was quick and easy and delivery dates were available from 8 days after purchase, at no extra cost (as my order was over £100) and to the room of choice. Although my purchases cost more than I initially planned on spending, I have piece of mind with the 40 nights guarantee, I feel that the products are good quality and the shopping experience was unbeatable.

The staff were friendly and interested in our needs, without being pushy. Emma gave us useful information about the product we were interested in and then offered us a delicious coffee and the opportunity to mull it over. she was busy with another client when we came to our decision to buy, but Jon on the desk dealt with our ordre quickly and efficiently. All in all a great shopping experience.

We were looked after by Jonathon at your Ashford store. He was extremely attentive asked all the right questions explained the different mattresses asked how my daughter slept etc and most importantly listened to her and her likes and dislikes. He made the whole experience very pleasant and he like the other staff we met were very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
