Dreams - Ashford

I've had a water leak and Emma spent a lot of time working with me to find the right bed to replace my damaged one. Very helpful, and knowledgeable.

- [ ] We were not pounced on straight away but gave us time to look around and then approached us and even offered a cup of tea. We were in the middle of measuring a bed frame when Jon showed us the brochure which had the exact measurements on. He left us to it and when we found a frame we liked in the brochure, he showed us to it and told us about the underneath storage. We moved on to look at the mattress's and weren't sure where to start but luckily another staff member told us about the colour coding and recommended we start with trying a medium and going either way. Jon came over again and suggested we try the Tempur pillows with the Tempur mattress we were wondering about. He explained more to us about how it works too. When we went to the desk with him, he didn't pressurise us to buy anything else and went through everything in a friendly and professional manner. When we asked questions he gave us concise answers and shook our hands when we left. All in all, a good shopping experience that wasn't pushy but made us feel comfortable to peruse in our own time.

We just popped into the store as we had been thinking about buying a new mattress, Emma your store colleague was very friendly and helpful. She gave us all the information and did not put pressure on us to buy, we went home and compared it to other products online. The next day we was in Canterbury shopping and noticed there is a dreams there but asEmma had been so helpful I called the store to see if she was working that day in Ashford, as she was we returned back to Ashford for the sole reason to make the purchase through Emma as she was amazingly friendly and helpful!

All round a great experience shopping at dreams

I was served straight away by John who explained everything and organised it very quicky

The sales person, Jon, was excellent. Explained all the products we considered. we were made a coffee during our visit and very told simply how the order from start to finish would take place. Would definitely return to your Ashford Orbital branch again.

Mark was friendly, helpful and professional. He made us a drink. Gave us good information then left us in peace to make our decision. He assessed when to come back to us and made the whole thing easy. Thankyou to him. Excellent salesman.

Helpful service explained everything well even offered us a cup of tea we thaught was very nice of the young man very satisfied.
