The assistance in choosing a bed was very helpful. The different beds were explained to us in detail. The staff were friendly, giving my wife a pillow to try on each bed she tried.

They were one staff member short but still managed to cope with the high volume of customers that were there at the time of our visit. Service with a smile.

Because Emma the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable she gave us confidence in the product we purchased .

The sales assistant Dean was extremely helpful, but, at the same time allowed us to view the products without being obtrusive. He also made it very clear that if we had any questions about the bed we were looking for he would be on hand to answer any of our queries. When we finally decided on the product we wished to purchase Dean dealt efficiently with the 0% finance agreement, delivery dates etc and we left the shop feeling we had been extremely well treated.

I visited Dreams in Ashford. I do not know the name of the lady who was on the shop floor but she was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We will most certainly be back soon - we have moved house and need to buy a further 3 beds!

Staff available, to answer questions, stock provided for all ranges, I felt that the items were of high quality, tried and tested/ reliable. Not like purchasing through random websites or shops that try and sell you poor quality items.

Dana was great she spent time helping us ensure that the furtinure we wanted would all fit in our room. She even had a tape measure out so we could visual see how much room we would have left etc

We were guided very quickly to the product most appropriate.staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable. We were not pressurised but given details to take away. The order process was rapid and we were always offered refreshments. I'm hoping the delivery service will be as efficient.

Quick and easy. Our needs were understood and the process was non stressful.

We arrived at 5.30 pm to buy a bed for our daughter and, although the shop was due to shut at 6pm, Jon didn't rush us at all and took his time to help us with our purchase. The products and the finance services were all explained thoroughly and we were even offered a cup of tea! We have recently bought two beds from Dreams and we are very happy with the quality and price of both beds. Fantastic service!
