Went into the shop not knowing what mattress we wanted, upon speaking to the member of the staff she understood what we needed and showed us the mattresses we would like

We were highly satisfied as the staff were very helpful but we were also given time to browse before making our decision and while doing so, were offered a very nice cup of tea. The information we were given was very informative and all our questions were answered. The paperwork was prepared very efficiently and insurance cover explained.

Dana was very knowledgeable. She was helpful without being pushy. Felt comfortable browsing. She made us a drink. Lovely girl. An asset to Dreams.

Your sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful, even offered tea or coffee. Dreams offered a huge selection of beds to choose from.

Helpfulness of staff

The sales person was attentive, friendly and had a good knowledge of the products. It was easy to complete our purchase and we were impressed by how quickly it could be delivered.

Staff have excellent product knowledge. The colour coded matresses were explained and this made it very easy to shop.

Really helpful, friendly assistant, dealt with us very well and our 3 lively children, who decided to play hide and seek in the store!!!

Emma was quick and helpful and I got exactly what I wanted with minimum fuss.
